People are different. You are different. You are your own unique individual. So why are you following someone else's training and nutrition program? Generic programs don't work for most people, just a rare few. My programs will be specifically designed for you based on your specific training goals. What if I don't know what I want to get out of this? I have a detailed questionnaire that you will fill out that will help guide you. But still, you have to be responsible about what you want. 2007 is over! Did you accomplish what you wanted in terms of your physical fitness? If not, why not?
Personal responsibility is a major reason for people not accomplishing their fitness goals. If you are only responsible for yourself, your more likely to skip workouts, put junk in your stomach, go out with your friends rather than doing something that needs to be done, etc, etc, etc.... There is no progress, cause there's no consistency; you probably are moving backwards, because you simply do not know where you want to go. If you don't know how to design an exercise program then you need help. You wouldn't perform a root canal on yourself, would you? No, you'd go to a professional-- a dentist. So with an exercise program, why not hire a professional? Don't waste your time on the newest and "greatest" exercise fad that promises you instant results. If it sounds too good to be true then it is! Results take time and effort. This is your body. You're going to have it for the rest of your life, why not have a good one?
If you are an athlete you don't have time to waste on programs that don't bring results. Most athletic careers are short, you don't need to shorten it any more by following cookie cutter programs. You need a program that works. You need something designed for you, for your sport and your position. Ask yourself if you've made a significant improvement in your strength and conditioning in the past 6 months. If you haven't, you need my help!
So What's Next?
Just pick a plan at the bottom of the page. I will be sending you the detailed questionnaire that will enable me to design your program. After you send me back the questionnaire and once I receive payment it will take about a week for me to design and send the program back to you. Like I said before these programs are specifically designed for you, it's not like a pre-made template that I have waiting to send to you. It is for you only and specifically. Which is one of the reason's why it works.
Every week you will email me your training journal preferably on Friday, but no later than Sunday afternoon. I need this journal to make any changes, if needed, to your program. Please be as detailed as possible. I will go into more detail of what I expect in your journals once we start communication. A simple MS Word document will suffice. However, you do have access to me via email throughout the entire training experience, and if absolutely necessary you can call me. This way both of us are accountable for your results.
Questions
What type of person should sign up for this?
Somebody that motivates themselves to workout; that works odd hours; that is tired of lacking energy; tired of being out of shape; can't figure out how to do it on there own; sick of not making any progress. Athletes who aren't privileged enough to have access to a quality strength and conditioning coach. Anybody looking for a positive change and results.
What kind of workouts will I be doing?
This will depend on you. The questionnaire will help me design your program. The frequency, the duration, the exercises, the intensity. I design the workouts around equipment that you have or can gain easy access to. You don't need a gym membership, but if you have one, what I design for you will reflect that. You will receive the program in a training block of one month at a time, which is why keeping your training log and sending it to me are crucial, so that I can make any changes for the following months or changes within a block.
What if I'm not familiar with the exercises you include?
If you do not know what an exercise is or how to do it, I will send a link or video demonstrating the exercise, along with a detailed description of it.
Is nutritional guidance given with this service?
Basic nutritional guidelines will be given. And any specific questions you have about food or supplements feel free to ask. Nutrition is not as hard as people make it out to be, usually it's just a matter of doing. But as of right now there is no nutritional meal planning. It will be an additional service that will be added in the near future. I will keep you posted.
Why does it take so long to get the training plan back?
It takes time to develop a quality training program based on your goals. Like I said I do not have pre-made, cookie-cutter, programs ready to go for you. Writing training programs is one of the most difficult and time consuming things strength coaches and personal trainers do, which is why a lot of trainers take short cuts in this arena. I do not.
Is There a Payment Plan?
You can either pay up front for a specified time period or you can have the funds electronically withdrawn from a checking/savings account or debit/credit card. The withdrawals will be done monthly. It is just a $1 fee each month to get on the monthly plan. Just click the subscribe button to set up your automatic billing, and become one more step to achieving your athletic and fitness goals!

PayPal is the easiest and safest way to pay online.
